What is my username and password?

Members should use their e-mail address as their username and their national member ID number as their password unless they have changed it.

How do I apply for the ISIA Passbook/Stamp?

Please print, complete, and return this ISIA Passbook Application to the national office.

How do I access my pro offers?

First, you must be a current member. Log in to TheSnowPros.org and look for the "Pro Offers" link in the "My Resources" menu on the right side of the page. All logos link to pro sites. Members must log in through that page to be taken to the correct site!

How do I place an order from the Accessories Catalog?

Log in to TheSnowPros.org and click on the "Shop Accessories Catalog" link in the menu for "My Resources."

What if I would like to come in to the office and place an order?

Members may go directly to the PSIA-AASI warehouse at 11900 West Cedar Drive, Lakewood, CO 80228 and place orders. Credit card transactions can be completed at the warehouse. Hours are 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m, Monday through Friday.

Has my catalog order shipped yet?

Most orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. Members receive an e-mail confirmation with their FedEx tracking number once their order has left the warehouse.

I’d like to return/exchange an item.

If you would like to return or exchange an item please use the return/exchange form included with the original shipment. Please fill it out and return the item to the address on the form.

How do I get access to The Movement Matrix?

Log on to the PSIA-AASI website (TheSnowPros.org). Click the "My PSIA-AASI" tab, then click The Movement Matrix link in the middle of the page to get a product description. Scroll down to the bottom of the description. Click on the graphic that says "Install Now" and save the application to the desktop. You can now open The Movement Matrix from your desktop; just make sure you log in every time you open it.  Problems?  Check out The Movement Matrix FAQs on installation and downloading.  Tip:  DO NOT use Google Chrome.

Where do I find the _____ exam study guide?

Study guides can be found on the Division websites.
