Services Upgrades

Dear Member,

A couple of months ago I wrote to let you know about changes you’ll see as your association works to upgrade and improve member services.  You’ve seen these changes in the redesign of 32 Degrees and http://www.thesnowpros.org. 

Today, and for the first time, every member will have access to a web portal giving you access to new features such as: view & edit your profile, change your password and renew your membership online. You will notice that when you access the thesnowpros.org and go to login, you will be directed to a new sign in page. To access this new portal for the first time, use your member id number as both your username and password. Once inside, you can create a new password for your account by selecting the Change Password link.

This is the first of many steps we’re taking to improve web services, and we ask for your patience as we work each day to improve your experience with PSIA-AASI.

During the next two to three months, we will implement new and improved services. We will email you as new on-line services become available, including:

• Search and register for division courses on-line
• Improved on-line reporting of member education history
• On-line reporting of member transactions
• Enhanced email communication to members about events and services
• Increased accuracy of member records

You may experience gaps in service as we upgrade these systems during the next several weeks, and we know that there is much work to do to refine the PSIA-AASI site before winter begins in earnest.
