Information Services/AMS Update
This is the third posting in a series of blog follow-ups to the recent board meeting. In this installment, we’ll take a closer look at what’s happening in the information services department, focusing primarily on the new AMS.

Education Update
The ASEA BOD meeting was a very positive experience, with the group engaging in active discussion and weighing in with different viewpoints before reaching decisions. Not every proposal received funding for the coming fiscal year, but, in principle, each project will stay on the radar screen.

Board of Directors Meeting
What did you do this weekend? Us . . . well, the PSIA-AASI Board of Directors convened in Golden, Colorado, on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for its summer meeting. Twice a year the American Snowsports Education Association and American Snowsports Education Association Education Foundation boards, which govern PSIA-AASI, meet to conduct your association’s business. Comprised of elected members from each division, the board represents the diverse interests of snowsports instructors from all over the country.
