Rally 2009 - Last Day
Ahhhhhh, the last day! It’s been an amazing week of shredding. Great people riding a truly great mountain is what Rider Rally is all about.
Today was the day to really get the Taos experience. The group hiked out the ridge toward Kachina Peak under bluebird skies and mild temperatures. Everyone who was keen was on the trail and learning about how to make sure they could still breathe as we traversed the ridge.
Ben and John stationed themselves below the ridgeline to capture the moments. For some it might have been the farthest hike, for others the highest altitude, and for others it was the personal satisfaction of pushing themselves farther than they ever would have before. And the snow didn’t suck either!
Rally 2009 has come to a close. Plans are already being hatched for next season . . . stay tuned!
