Tools You Can Use

Having the right tools is the mark of someone truly serious about what they do.

Being a great instructor is more than just how well you can make it down the hill you also need to know what tools are available.  PSIA/AASI strives to create and produce tools to enable you to teach great lessons and get your guests stoked about sliding on snow.  The national organization and divisions work hand in hand in developing these materials.  If you don’t see something here, check your division’s website.  These tools are directly relevant to your role as instructor and trusted guide as people follow their path to snow sports enlightenment.

Check out the different ways we’ve developed to help you learn in the way that works best for you. Visual, Auditory, or Kinesthetic learner, there’s something for you.  Several items are even cross-discipline and valuable regardless of how you slide on snow.

- We offer printed manuals to read and study.

- Handy pocket guides are great for your uniform jacket as quick references to make sure you stay on track.

- DVD’s are great for visual learners and those who like to watch - a lot.

- We even offer web-based education through The Matrix.
