What’s your favorite daily ritual at work? Catching up with colleagues and corresponding with all the great PSIA-AASI members who write and review for 32 Degrees.

What would you say to someone not involved in snowsports to encourage him or her to try skiing or riding? After all those years of shoveling snow, it’s time you got to do something fun with it!
What animated or cartoon character do you most identify with? Spongebob Squarepants
What do you typically eat for breakfast? A banana or breakfast bar . . . to keep the latté company.

Who are your favorite bands or musicians? Cubanismo, Johnny Clegg & Savuka, The Iguanas, Shawn Colvin, Big Band-era swing. . .
Coolest place you have ever been: The Inca Trail in Peru
What’s your best snowsports memory? My first powder day on a snowboard, during a blizzard on Vail Mountain that postponed the day’s races during the 1989 World Alpine Ski Championships. Couldn't see a thing, but it didn’t matter.

I would like to meet . . . Ted Koppel because I’d like to pick his brain about world politics and see for myself if his hair is real.
PSIA-AASI makes me . . . fabulously wealthy (at least in terms of rich experiences and friendships forged).
Describe your first ski/ride outfit: I started out cross-country skiing at age 11, so it was probably corduroy pants, wool socks, and a hand-me-down sweater. Oh, and a Frostline-kit down vest handmade and embroidered by my sister.
What’s your favorite flavor of Lifesaver? Wintergreen; not only because they spark in the dark but because my dad would bring them home to me in his lunch box when I was a kid.
What’s your snowsports goal? To get better at riding switch.
