What kind of coaching techniques do you employ to progress a student from smaller to large (50+) ft jumps mentally? In my mind, in terms of T.I.D. the timing and intensity are both increased while the duration of each movement is slowed down because the same trick (ex 540) over a 30ft vs. 60ft. is much faster.
What drills do you use to get your student to mentally process this info other than just plain recital?
