I have been riding two different styles of rocker this season and just want some of your ideas.  I ride a 2010 161 K2 turbo dream great on less than 5 inches of pow, groomers, hardpack, park, and just about every day riding and teaching no real cons to this board other than top sheet chips. mostly from tail tapping trees, fun but destructive. I also have a 2010 159 burton custom v rocker great on less than 5 of pow, groomers, and slushy ungroomed days.  Horrible on hard pack cant seem to get any edge hold from the v rocker.  I thinks its cause it doesn’t have edge contact thru the turn because of the wavy length wise shape of the board. Other instructors riding the same board however on a 156 say there is no problem.  I am getting board with zero camber, zero rocker, the k2 slayblade.  I am always looking to try everything and make an opinon. what do y’all think.  Ps i ride a ltd fish on 6” plus days-sickest tool ever from burton!!!  Thanks again shaun c at burton for taking care of us instructors.

I’m stoked right now on the ‘11 Rossignol One Magtek.  1.5 mm camber between the inserts, then “slow rise” nose and tail outside of that.  Awesome grip and response with loose tip and tail for butters and forgiveness when spinning.  Best most versatile board I’ve ever been on- did I mention magne-traction also?

Rossignol has 3 different types of camber/rocker combo’s next year, all fun, but the One is my fav.

Has anyone ridden the power banana from Lib Tech? Same kind of camber/rocker as the rossi stuff.
