I truly appreciate pro discounts offered to PSIA members by some of the companies. I am always loyal to these companies and I respect the pro purchase privilege. However, some companies are not equally appreciative of us. I just talked to POC after they messed up the shipping on goggles and I walked away from this phone conversation understanding that the customer is always wrong and the seller is always right. Be aware of companies that provide us with second-rate customer service.
