Share your passion and knowledge of teaching snow sports by joining the management team and “family” at the Meadows Learning Center on Mt. Hood, Oregon. The Programs Manager is primarily responsible for managing the operations of the multi-week Program Lessons specifically SnoBlasters (K-5), Trail Blazers (6-8), Mid-Week Education (K-5), Freeride Team (K-12), College, High School, Burton Chill Foundation, Multi-day Youth and Adult Camps and various other multi-day/multi-week groups. This manager position has a solid working knowledge of common ski and snowboard school operations such that this manager can step and manage in other areas as needed.

Our school has a staff of 80+ full time instructors and 300+ part time instructors with both day and night lesson operations. You can make a career in the snow sports industry and we are committed to your professional development as our supervisor team through our daily instructor clinics, on-snow training, “terrain based learning” as well as ski and snowboard school operations through multiple touch points within the resort including sales and rental process; RTP and POS training; Leadership training and more.
