Kids Can Snowboard

Did you know that kids as young as three can learn to snowboard?

It’s true and this means that this winter, you, your kids, and your whole family can snowboard together!

Advances in education lessons, equipment and terrain (such as Burton Riglet parks) over the past 20 years now make it easier than ever for your littles to learn to snowboard first.

The American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI) and Burton Snowboards are working to help spread the word this season.

By helping us spread the word that kids can snowboard, you could be automatically entered to win a Burton After School Special snowboard setup (size 80cm to 100cm), Kids' Burton Mini Grom snowboard boots, or a lesson with an AASI instructor at a Burton Riglet Park. (Find a Burton Riglet Park near you at BurtonRiglet.com). To participate, follow these easy steps.

  1. Take and share a picture showing that Kids Can Snowboard; whether it's a picture of your kids learning or practicing snowboarding, or a throwback photo of you learning or riding as a child.

  2. Make sure to use the official contest hashtags #kidscansnowboard and #snowpros.

  3. Don't forget to tag @burtonriglet and @thesnowpros.

  4. Post your photo on your personal social media channel(s) between Friday, Dec. 1, 2017, through Jan. 31, 2018.
