Course Description:

The Alpine Divisional Trainer course is available for those who would like to take their clinician skills to the next level, and/or for those who aspire to develop the requisite skills of an examiner. Not merely a 'gateway' to Ed Staff employment, the DT is a course of training for the motivated expert looking to get better. Explore group management, leadership, ski mechanics, pedagogy, and technical development skills from both an educational and evaluation standpoint. This course is invaluable for those who are self-motivated, willing to challenge themselves, invite critical feedback, are committed to put in the additional time toward deliberate practice, and are ready to work independently to fully realize the outcomes introduced.
