NIM Level 1 Assessment
Description: In this assessment, candidates will be asked to demonstrate their understanding/application of The Learning Connection Model. They will be assessed on their ride performance, technical knowledge, lesson delivery, and professional behavior through the beginner zone. Candidates will receive coaching and education, as appropriate, over the two days and are expected to come prepared with the proper knowledge.
