Additional Event Details:

Make plans now to attend the Women's Virtual Summit, which features a kickoff keynote with Nadine Dubina - A West Point trainer of US Army commissioned officers, former Associate Director of Coach Development for the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and performance coach for National and Junior National team coaches - This Virtual Summit virtually brings together women from across PSIA-AASI regions, different disciplines, and professional snowsports associations for online learning and networking. Please note that this event contains sessions held on three days, with virtual events being offered on Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 p.m. MT on February 1, February 8, and February 15. Attend every session to earn four (4) CEUs.

Also, the Women's Virtual Summit serves as a kick-starter event to the on-snow Women's Summit, event and registration details can be found here: Women's Summit - PSIA-AASI (thesnowpros.org). These are two separate events. However, if you'd like to take a deeper dive into the topics discussed at the Virtual Summit, make plans to attend the in-person event in March, too!

NEW THIS YEAR - A networking event will take place on each session day. This is an optional event and attendance, although suggested, is not required to earn CEUs for this event.

Package Description:

This package includes each of the following sections.

Included Keynote - February 1st (Includes the following):
- Keynote: Body Language - Connecting with What Moves You
February 1, 2023 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm MT

Language is one of the most powerful tools instructors and coaches possess, and we carefully consider how to communicate through words to help each guest or athlete move their body for optimal on-snow performance. But another form of communication gets less attention; how the body speaks through sensations that inform the mind. Our job is to eloquently speak the languages of the mind-body and body-mind. This keynote will weave personal storytelling, applied communication strategies, and tactics for engaging body-mind practices to capture the essence of language: connection.

Nadine Dubina - Nadine's mission is to educate, train, and develop leaders of character through physical education and DI sport experiences for our future US Army-commissioned officers at West Point. She serves as a supportive influencer of coaches, instructors, staff, team captains, and cadets by creating the conditions, introspection, connection, and integration to help forge esteemed and holistic leaders of character. She is the former Associate Director of Coach Development at the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee. Nadine developed high-performance national and junior national team coaches through on-to-one and group coaching; fostering skills of quality coaching, authentic and conscientious leadership, and critical self-reflection. She is a former gymnast and has been involved in the sport as an athlete, coach, or judge for the past 15 years.
