Seasonal Adaptive Ski/Ride Instructors, Winter 24/25

The Telluride Adaptive Sports Program (TASP) is actively hiring passionate and skilled adaptive ski/ride instructors to join our dedicated community of professionals to provide adaptive ski and snowboard experiences to a diverse demographic in the snowsports industry. Strategically located slopeside within Telluride Ski Resort, Telluride Adaptive Sports is a 27-year old fully certified PSIA/AASI 501(c)(3) non-profit adaptive snowsports school. Come teach and ski on North America’s most Unmatched ski area; rated #1 ski area for many years running.

Preferred qualifications include holding (or working towards) a minimum level 1 certification in alpine, snowboard, children’s or adaptive specific disciplines with PSIA/AASI, able to commit to a full season, full time seasonal work.

Benefits include unlimited in-house professional development training, financial support in pursuing further certifications, equipment stipend, set schedule, season pass to Telluride Ski Resort and competitive pay based on experience, $21-$24/hr. Limited reduced market rate accessible employee housing may also be available. Application deadline September 15, 2024.
