Ski & Snowboard Instructor 14+ Experienced or First Season

Type of Job (Full, Part-time, & Holiday periods) and several instructors to commit to our season-long programs (weekends and holiday weeks) for our skill development group and 2 coaches for FreeRide and Beyond program.

 Who we are? The Cranmore Snowsports School is looking to add both full and part-time enthusiastic and inspirational ski and snowboard instructors to join its TEAM.  Do you love to ski and ride, enjoy teaching others while learning new ideas, and want to share your knowledge, enthusiasm, and fun with others?

Because we are building the next generation of Ski and Snowboard instructors.

Teaching skiing and snowboarding is not just any winter job.  It’s about building relationships and trust and connecting people to fun as they gain confidence sliding on snow. You’ll be enhancing and changing lives forever, making friendships that last a lifetime, both with our guests and your teammates, while sharing your knowledge and passion to explore everything the mountain has to offer with others just like you while improving skills.

We don’t expect you to join our team knowing everything (or even anything) about ski/snowboarding instructing, but we do expect you to be committed to improving, learning, and evolving as an instructor and Snowsports athlete.

Compensation is determined by experience and PSIA-AASI certification levels.

$17.00 – 20.00 Hourly
