Snowboard Supervisor Posting

Welch Village is seeking a Snowboard Supervisor to join their Learning Center Team.  This is an exciting opportunity for an AASI Certified candidate to be a part of a growing organization and further develop the snowboard program.  The preferred candidate will lead the snowboard program, work closely with the Director and Learning Center Supervisors to develop lesson programs which attract and encourage customer participation in the snowsports industry. A signficant part of the role is to grow and develop snowboard instructors to deliver lesson programs which are top of class and encourage ongoing learning.

The preferred candidate will be a current AASI level II or III instructor with the desire to continue professional development.  The Snowboard Supervisor must demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and promotion of teamwork and collaboration.  This position is part time and the ideal candidate must reside in the local area.

Welch Village offers lesson programs and camps throughout the snowsports season.  Current lessons are offered on weekends and holidays with the desire to grow the program to include some weekday programs.

Welch Village is the premier ski area in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.  Located near Red Wing, we attract customers of various abilities.  Programs for adults and children are offered in a fun and energetic environment.
