This is a fantastic morning exercise treatment designed to warm-up your body (preventing injuries) and get you moving at your best quickly.

  • 5 minutes of Theragun Sweeps (medium to strong pressure). Sweeps are a technique where you quickly move your Theragun over your entire body: upper, middle, and lower body.
  • Use the Theragun for 15-30 seconds on areas that are fatigued or where you have discomfort.
  • Repeat for each additional body part – right and left side.

Express & Rehab

Come straight from your workout and start your recovery process immediately.

  • 10 minutes of Theragun Sweeps (light to medium pressure).
  • Use the Theragun for 15-30 seconds on areas that are fatigued or where you have discomfort.
  • Repeat for each additional body part – right and left side.
  • Hold the Theragun on areas that tend to be more sore.

Recovery

This is the ideal recovery process after a long workout, aimed at sweeping out the build-up of lactic acid (the compound that builds up in your muscles and causes pain and fatigue).

  • 10 minutes of Theragun Sweeps (light to medium pressure).
  • Use the Theragun for 1-2 minutes on areas that are fatigued or where you have discomfort.
  • Repeat for each additional body part – right and left side.
