Webinar Description 

In 2021-22, PSIA-AASI implemented an evolved education curriculum centered around the Learning Connection Model with the mission to create consistency in lesson quality and content across the country.

In this webinar, the PSIA Cross Country Team will highlight some of the processes, resources, and strategies being used to guide learning and create continuity from region to region in order to provide a consistently high-quality guest experience.

Upon completion of this webinar, you’ll have a greater understanding of ‘where we’ve been’ as an association, and ‘where we’re going.’ You’ll also become more familiar with the Learning Connection Model and with resources designed to support you in achieving new certification and continuing education.
