2023-24 Phunkshun ‘Design Your Winter’ Contest Is Open

🎨 👩‍🎨 CALLING ALL CREATIVES 🎨 👨‍🎨

PSIA-AASI Official Supplier Phunkshun’s ‘Design Your Winter’ wearable art contest is back and bigger than ever! This is your opportunity to show off your creative skills in this fun event and automatically enter for the opportunity to win cash prizes and maybe even have masks printed with your design.

The contest runs from Nov. 1 to Dec. 31, so as soon as creativity hits, take the time to create your best design. Your artwork will be viewed by up to 33,000+ PSIA-AASI members, be considered as featured art in a gallery at PSIA-AASI National Academy 2024 in Big Sky, Montana, and automatically entered into the ‘Design Your Winter’ contest, with cash prizes and the chance to have Phunkshun create two dozen custom masks to wear and share with your snowsports family and friends.

3. Voting is Feb. 1 – Feb. 15
4. Winners are announced in March
5. Chosen artwork displayed at National Academy in April

Submission Details:

• Meet the deadlines. The Phunkshun Wear “Design Your Winter” contest runs from today, Wednesday, Nov. 1, until Sunday, Dec. 31, at 11:59 p.m. MT.
• View the digital design template. Check out the official template for design details. DO NOT adjust document settings (color profile, resolution, etc.).
• View the non-digital specs. Not a digital artist? No problem. Use these specs for your drawing, painting, photograph, etc.:
  • 11” x 20” canvas (or close to it)
  • Designs will be repeated on the back of the mask
  • Keep any important elements 2” from the edge of the canvas
  • Scan @ 300dpi
• Submit your final art. Submit your final design (with the email subject line “Art Contest – Your Name – PSIA-AASI Member Number”; e.g., “Art Contest – Sofia Flores – 123456”) to .

The Prizes:

Two final designs will be selected; one “Winning Design” design chosen by Phunkshun Wear and one “People’s Choice Design” chosen by PSIA-AASI members through a popular vote on 10 design finalists selected by Phunkshun Wear.

• The Winning Design artist will receive $500 and two dozen masks featuring their design.
• The People’s Choice artist will receive $250.
• Each winner will receive a physical print of their artwork.
