Course Description:


The on-snow is a one-day event in which candidates review the benchmarks, gaining insight into movements, modifications, and the underlying reason behind them. Candidates will be assessed on their teaching and riding, including task demos.


The In-House Snowboard Level I On-Snow Exam will consist of one six-hour day session.


Prerequisites:

Candidates must be current PSIA-AASI members to register for this event.

All participants must complete the Snowboard Level I E-learning Course before registering for the On-Snow Exam.

The Level I Virtual Module*** must be completed before attending the on-snow exam.

***You must register for and attend the Level 1 Virtual Module before completing the on-snow assessment portion. Use the Central Event Calendar to find and register for a Level 1 Virtual event (You can limit the calendar display by selecting "Filter Displayed Events" << Event Discipline: Multi). You are encouraged to do this early in the season to know what to study and practice before taking the exam. Give yourself time to prepare!
