Course Description:
2 days, where the focus will be on Teach & People Skills.
Objectives:
- Each participant can verbally state behaviors they saw for each assessment criteria from the Teaching Skills Assessment Form.
- Each participant can verbally state behaviors they saw for each assessment criteria from the People Skills Assessment Form.
All candidates will teach at least 2 times. All teaching will be within the Level 3 expected zone and will be the same time frames as the exam.
The assessment form for both People and Teach will be scored by the leader and filled out at the end with scores. Candidates will score themselves throughout and submit their scores as well to compare for self-assessment purposes.
