Team 

Be part of the leadership team for a ski school with over 500 instructors. We value personal relationships and embrace a family feeling among our staff. We are seeking supervisors and managers who lead by example to support our staff.

Our Day

Daily organization of group and private lessons including lesson start times, lunch and afternoon breaks, and end-of-day check outs. Spend time on snow with staff and guests providing assistance and support. *This role has a consistent weekly schedule from Mid-November to Mid-April.

Preferred

PSIA Certification. Reimbursement and wage increase for successful completion of all levels of Alpine certification. Experience in a supervisory role providing coaching to staff and interacting with guests. Ability to connect with staff and guests of all ages and experiences. Experience completing and presenting formal performance reviews.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
